The Development Centre of the Heart of Slovenia is a regional organisation that has been coordinating development projects since 2000. Its experienced team works with a partnership network of 426 organisations from 36 countries to improve quality of life and create new opportunities for local communities. The Centre connects municipalities, tourism providers, schools and kindergartens, farmers, craftsmen and entrepreneurs, strengthening local competences, self-organisation and innovation. It has participated in 57 international projects within 18 European programmes, offering expertise in rural development, entrepreneurship, lifelong learning, tourism and sustainability. Awards such as the Bronze Sejalec, InLoCom, European Green Office, Family-Friendly Enterprise, WEBSI and Learning Brand certificates highlight its long-term, systemic and sustainable approach to regional development.

Through Momentum Marketing Services Ltd, the team also designs communication strategies, microlearning content and multimedia resources that help projects reach real audiences and create impact.
